These terms govern use of the EasyFiled portal, provided by Easy Filed Compliance (Pty) Ltd ("EasyFiled", "we", "us"). By creating or using an account, you agree to them.
1. What EasyFiled is
EasyFiled is a private-preview tool that helps ECS/ECNS licensees prepare their recurring ICASA compliance forms (Forms 1–12A) and, once a form is completed and signed, emails the resulting PDF to ICASA's configured recipient address on the licensee's behalf, with the licensee's own contacts copied in.
EasyFiled is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of ICASA. We are an independent tool built to make an existing regulatory process easier.
2. Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter, for reviewing a form before signing it, and for meeting your own ICASA filing deadlines and obligations. EasyFiled does not provide legal, regulatory or accounting advice, and using the portal does not substitute for your own compliance judgment.
3. Accounts & access
Accounts are created by invitation from a portal admin or a licensee admin. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Portal admins and licensee admins can invite, and are responsible for who they invite to access their licensee's data.
4. Private preview
The portal is currently in private preview. Features, pricing and availability may change, and the service is provided without uptime or accuracy guarantees while in this phase. We'll give reasonable notice before any change that materially affects existing users.
5. Data
How we collect, use and protect personal and licensee information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyFiled is not liable for any late, incomplete, or rejected ICASA submission, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal. The service is provided "as is" during the private preview period.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if required by law. You may stop using the portal at any time; contact us to request deletion of your account data, subject to what we're legally required to retain.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the portal evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
